About Me

back-of-the-envelope

Alaskan-American Jon Rahoi is the poster child for career ADD. He writes software for corporate clients. He does graphic design for others. He has covered sporting events as a photojournalist. Some of his “artsy” photos have appeared in galleries. His writing has appeared online and in print magazines. He has traveled extensively, especially in Asia, where he speaks many of the languages. He studies and teaches White Eyebrow and Dragon styles of Kung Fu. He’s gone from being an athlete to over 400lbs and back again. He is fascinated by languages and cultural artifacts. He laughs at mangled English (aka Manglish) and laughs with others when he screws up another tongue.
