I’m in mainland China recovering from the election. At least here there is no voting to bitch about.

I’ll be posting an update soon - gotta run out to eat, again. Recent highlights:

- performing a wooden dummy set on Chinese TV.
- going to a HUGE hot springs resort and sticking out like a fat sore thumb.
- staying with a family who might have been trying to kill us with hospitality - I haven’t eaten that much since the end of the Cold War.
- finding the greatest Manglish (Mangled English) sign EVER. More on that later.
- buying 30 DVDs for $35. My collection grows. My dad’s getting in on the action too.

i finally got my internet connection working, though it’s slow. I’ll be posting another update soon with pics. I’ve taken 500 pics so far. (don’t worry - I won’t post them all.)
