I was interviewed the other day on Foshan TV entirely in Cantonese. Let me tell you, that was a harrowing experience. The reporter said he’d keep things simple, and he did, but I still has the sinking feeling I was mistakenly cursing like a friendly Tourette’s victim. They also showed footage of me performing last week.

Another Big Man in Foshan…I’ve been here 12 weeks and LOVE IT! Started Gung Fu…maybe I can get on TV too! My wife and I want to know more about your amazing transformation. I can only imagine now at 360 pounds. Thanks for the inspiration to continue the perspiration!
